Volaris Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., acquired IDS, a Brazilian provider of public management software for municipalities. IDS will operate as an independent business unit within Volaris' Latam & Iberia portfolio, joining to expand Volaris' public-sector software capabilities in Brazil.
