Voldex Acquires Brookhaven (Roblox)

Voldex announced an equity financing round led by Raine Partners with participation from QIA, Makers Fund, MIT, Tirta Ventures and Lalotte Ventures (and reports also cite Shamrock Capital), and used the capital to acquire Brookhaven, the largest life-simulation title on Roblox. The deal expands Voldex's monthly active user base to over 145 million and brings Dara Leung of Raine onto Voldex's board.
