VSE Corporation Acquires Precision Aviation Group

VSE Corporation (NASDAQ: VSEC) agreed to acquire Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (PAG) in a $2.025 billion cash-and-equity transaction, including up to $125 million of contingent earnout consideration. The deal expands VSE’s aviation aftermarket distribution and MRO platform, adding PAG’s 29-location MRO network and strengthening engine, component, and avionics services capabilities.
