Precision Aviation Group Acquires Turner Aviation

Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired Turner Aviation, a Glasgow-based aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider. The deal marks PAG's entry into the EMEA region and is the tenth add-on acquisition for PAG under GenNx360, expanding the platform's global MRO capabilities and technical footprint.
