Waldencast Acquisition Corp. Announces Business Combination with Obagi and Milk Makeup

Waldencast Acquisition Corp. has entered into definitive business combination agreements to combine with Obagi and Milk Makeup in an approximately $1.2 billion transaction that creates a multi-brand beauty and wellness platform. The deal will be funded through Waldencast's IPO proceeds, forward purchase agreements, a PIPE, and seller rollover equity; Obagi's and Milk Makeup's management teams will remain in place and report to Waldencast leadership.
