Walter Capital Partners Makes Minority Growth Investment in MEDFAR Clinical Solutions

Walter Capital Partners led a group of investors in a minority growth investment of close to $25 million in MEDFAR Clinical Solutions to support the EMR provider's expansion in Canada and the U.S. MEDFAR is a Montreal-based cloud-based SaaS EMR/Care Management Solution (MYLE) and will leverage the capital and Walter Capital's operational expertise to accelerate market growth.
