Waterland Private Equity has acquired a stake (reported as a majority) in WellNess Sport Club to accelerate the premium fitness chain’s expansion across France, Switzerland and ultimately Europe. The transaction involved a sale by the founders and the Pechel fund and will fund club roll-out, enhanced facilities and broader geographic growth.
