Waverly Advisors, a Birmingham-based registered investment advisor, has acquired Wall Advisors, a small wealth management firm founded by H. Lee Wall. The Wall Advisors team of four will join Waverly (Lee Wall will serve as Regional Director); the deal closed on December 2, 2022 and is Waverly's third RIA acquisition since taking equity backing from Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC's Aspire Holdings platform.
