Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires KCS Wealth Advisory, LLC

Wealth Enhancement Group, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired KCS Wealth Advisory, LLC, a Los Angeles-based independent RIA led by Laura Gilman and Ken Waltzer, bringing approximately $373 million in client assets. The acquisition adds one Los Angeles-area office and increases Wealth Enhancement Group's total client assets to more than $70.5 billion while providing succession and expanded resources for the KCS team.
