Wendel Group to Acquire Controlling Interest in IK Partners

Wendel Group has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a controlling interest in European private equity firm IK Partners from the Partners at IK, who will remain significantly reinvested. The proposed transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the first half of 2024 and aims to provide IK with permanent capital to accelerate growth and support its platform funds and new strategies.
