Westbourne Capital Partners, together with SRS International Holdings, Stephens Capital Partners, Lakeview Capital and First Haven Capital, completed a strategic growth investment in Delta Precision Components to support the company's expansion in Aerospace & Defense and Alternative Powertrain end-markets. Delta, a Livonia, Michigan-based precision gear designer and manufacturer founded in 1952, will retain its current leadership while leveraging new capital and added management (President and CFO) to pursue customer and capability expansion.
