Westgate Resorts Acquires Vacation Ownership Sales (VOS) to Launch VI Resorts by Westgate

Westgate Resorts signed and then completed an agreement to purchase Bellevue, Washington-based Vacation Ownership Sales (VOS), the exclusive management and sales/marketing partner of VI Resorts. The deal renames the club offering to “VI Resorts by Westgate” and includes Westgate’s commitment to invest more than $4 million in marketing, branding, and technology enhancements.
