Westlake Corporation Acquires ACI Compounding Solutions Business

Westlake Corporation has completed the acquisition of the global compounding solutions businesses of the ACI/Perplastic Group (“ACI”). The deal integrates ACI’s specialty materials operations into Westlake’s Housing & Infrastructure Products (HIP) compounding segment, expanding the company’s global manufacturing footprint into Portugal, Romania, Tunisia, and adding to existing operations in Mexico.
