Propark Mobility Acquires California Parking

Spacer Technologies Acquires WhereiPark

The acquisition expands Spacer's footprint into North America, adds scale and new partnerships across parking and real‑estate channels and supports the group's continued product and geographic expansion.

EasyPark Group Acquires PARK NOW Group

EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of PARK NOW Group after receiving antitrust approval, with all assets and liabilities transferred from BMW Group and Daimler Mobility AG to EasyPark Group effective June 1, 2021. The combined company will be led by EasyPark CEO Johan Birgersson and aims to scale global digital parking, EV charging and mobility services across more than 3,200 cities. The parties agreed not to disclose transaction terms.

SpotHero Acquires Rover Parking

SpotHero has signed an agreement to acquire Rover Parking, a Toronto-based consumer parking app, accelerating SpotHero’s expansion into Canada and adding thousands of parking locations and Rover’s team to its commercial supply business. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2020 and will see Rover CEO Tim Wootton become SpotHero’s Head of Canada.
