White Cap, a leading distributor of specialty construction supplies, has acquired JLA Supply, a Pacific Northwest distributor of sealants, waterproofing and concrete accessories with six locations across Oregon, Washington and Idaho. The deal expands White Cap's product offerings and regional footprint on the West Coast, bringing JLA's brands (Sealant Specialists, SECO Construction Supply, Cascade Construction Accessories) into the White Cap portfolio.
