WhiteWater Express (SkyKnight-backed) Acquires Quick N Clean Manor Location

WhiteWater Holding Company, LLC, a Houston-based express car wash platform backed by SkyKnight Capital, has acquired Quick N Clean 60, LLC (the Manor, Texas location). The site will be rebranded under the WhiteWater banner, all Manor employees will be retained, and the deal represents the first of four Austin-area locations WhiteWater plans to open this year.
