Wide Group Acquires Assco Broker Srl

Wide Group has acquired Assco Broker Srl, a Pordenone-based commercial insurance broker with an agency subsidiary and over €35m in intermediated premiums. The deal expands Wide Group's presence in north-eastern Italy (new operational HQ in Udine) and is the latest add-on in its roll-up strategy following Pollen Street's 2023 investment.
