Wide Group, a Pollen Street-backed Italian insurance broking consolidator, has completed its first bolt-on acquisition since Pollen Street's investment by acquiring Milan-based commercial broker Mida Srl. The acquisition expands Wide Group’s scale and capabilities in the Milan/Lombardy market while Mida’s founders/management remain with the business post-close.
