Wiley Acquires mthree

In January 2020 Wiley (John Wiley & Sons) acquired mthree, an education services consultancy, from ECI Partners. mthree, headquartered in London, provides employer-focused training and talent solutions to bridge technology and banking skills gaps; the acquisition expands Wiley’s workforce development and professional learning capabilities.
