WilliamsMarston LLC, the Align Capital Partners-backed accounting, tax and valuation advisory firm, has acquired Moffett & Associates, a boutique corporate tax consultancy headquartered in El Segundo, California. The deal brings WilliamsMarston's headcount to 156 professionals and expands its corporate tax capabilities and West Coast presence; founder Marty Moffett and his team joined WilliamsMarston at close.
