Chicago-based private equity firm Wind Point Partners has partnered with Sigma Companies International Corp., a Cream Ridge, New Jersey-based manufacturer and supplier of waterworks infrastructure products. Sigma's leadership will remain invested alongside Wind Point, which will support organic expansion and M&A to grow the business across North American water and wastewater end markets.

Clean Solutions Group (Branford Castle Partners) Acquires HDK Industries

The add-on expands CSG’s nonwoven filtration and specialty medical materials capabilities across air, liquid and medical filtration end markets; terms were not disclosed.

(CTSI), a Chantilly, Virginia–headquartered systems integrator of engineered low-voltage communications, audiovisual, life‑safety and security solutions. Tower Arch Capital, which previously owned CTSI, sold the company to Wind Point; CTSI management led by CEO Gino Ruta will remain and partner with Wind Point to expand capabilities and geographic reach through organic growth and acquisitions.

The Mehdizadeh family (company co-founders) retain significant equity and will remain involved while Wind Point will back organic growth and pursue add-on acquisitions to expand USN's product and manufacturing capabilities.
