Wind River Environmental has acquired Hapchuk, Inc. and entered into an agreement to purchase Liquid Assets Disposal, Inc., both companies controlled by David Hapchuk. The acquisitions expand Wind River's septic, grease, and non-hazardous liquid waste capabilities and footprint in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, adding a new location with a ~60-vehicle fleet and a West Virginia processing facility.
