Winged Keel Group Acquires BryanMark Group

Winged Keel Group, a life insurance brokerage backed by a recent strategic investment from GTCR, has acquired BryanMark Group, a St. Louis-based provider of life insurance solutions for affluent and ultra-affluent clients. The deal expands Winged Keel’s Midwest presence and brings BryanMark founder Jason Hackmann and his team into Winged Keel’s St. Louis office to deepen the firm’s advisory capabilities for high-net-worth clients.
