Wings Financial Credit Union to Acquire Settlers Bank

Wings Financial Credit Union (also referenced as Wings Credit Union) has agreed to acquire Settlers bank, including its three Wisconsin branch locations in Appleton, Madison, and Windsor. The transaction is subject to state and federal regulatory approvals and is expected to close in mid-2023, after which the branches will be rebranded as Settlers Best Credit Union, a division of Wings Financial Credit Union.
