Winnebago Industries Acquires Lithionics Battery

Winnebago Industries has agreed to acquire Lithionics Battery, a Clearwater, Florida-based lithium-ion battery solutions provider to the recreational equipment and specialty vehicle markets. The acquisition is intended to expand Winnebago's electrical and electrification capabilities, secure a critical supply chain component, and accelerate product innovation across its RV, marine and specialty vehicle brands.
