WiserAdvisor, a Fairfax-based investor referral and marketplace platform, has acquired Indyfin, a Dallas-based investor experience fintech that helps financial advisors collect client feedback, reviews, and ratings. The acquisition will integrate Indyfin’s review and client-feedback capabilities into WiserAdvisor’s marketplace to expand advisor growth tools and improve online credibility and client acquisition.
