Wonder Franchises, a subsidiary of Tucker's Farm Corporation, acquired Pizza Factory, a franchisor of pizza restaurants operating primarily on the U.S. west coast. The franchise network comprises 110 locations and generates more than $90 million in system sales annually, with Pizza Factory CEO Mary Jane (MJ) Riva retaining her title post-deal.
