Workday has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HiredScore, an AI-powered talent orchestration company focused on recruiting and internal mobility. The combined offering is intended to integrate Workday’s talent products with HiredScore’s responsible AI technology to improve talent acquisition and talent lifecycle outcomes. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Workday’s fiscal year 2025 (ending April 30, 2024), subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
