World Insurance Associates Acquires Jersey Coast Insurance

World Insurance Associates, a national insurance brokerage based in Iselin, New Jersey, has acquired Jersey Coast Insurance, a Margate City, New Jersey–based insurance agency. The deal, which closed October 1, 2025, expands World’s New Jersey footprint and adds Jersey Coast’s coastal property and flood-risk expertise to World’s product and service capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
