World Insurance Associates LLC (World), a nationally ranked insurance brokerage headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey, acquired the business of Young Insurance Agency Group, Inc. of Portsmouth, Virginia effective July 1, 2023. Terms were not disclosed; World said the acquisition will allow Young Insurance to offer customers expanded products and services as part of World’s national platform.
