World Insurance Associates LLC acquired the business of Morris Insurance Group, Inc. (Clinton Township and Rochester, Michigan) effective April 1, 2023; terms were not disclosed. Morris Insurance is a full-service agency offering personal, commercial, health and life insurance, and the deal expands World’s national broker footprint as part of its ongoing roll-up strategy.
