World Insurance Associates LLC acquired the business of Sprague Israel Giles, Inc. (SIG) of Seattle, Washington effective August 1, 2024; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands World’s footprint into Washington and adds SIG’s commercial property & casualty, employee benefits, personal lines and specialty programs (including naturopath and Cannabis/CBD insurance) to its national brokerage platform.
