WSP to Acquire Australia-based Calibre

WSP has entered into an agreement to acquire Calibre Professional Services One Pty Ltd to strengthen its sustainability and mining advisory capabilities across the full mining asset life cycle in Australia. Calibre, with approximately 800 professionals and offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, will enhance WSP's technical capabilities in mine closure, rehabilitation and water management; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2023, subject to customary conditions.
