Novolex Acquires Vegware

Novolex, a Hartsville, South Carolina-based packaging manufacturer, has acquired Vegware, an Edinburgh-headquartered provider of plant-based compostable foodservice packaging. The deal brings Vegware into Novolex’s Eco-Products portfolio to expand Novolex’s global compostable products footprint and broaden distribution in Europe and North America.
