Dragon Seats Acquires Athletic Recovery Zone (ARZ)

Dragon Seats, a Cleveland-based maker of climate-controlled sports benches, has acquired Athletic Recovery Zone, LLC (ARZ), a Florida-based manufacturer and provider of air-conditioned and heated sports bench technology. The deal combines the companies' product and service capabilities to expand Dragon Seats' geographic reach—particularly across the southern U.S. and college football markets—and to strengthen its sideline heating/cooling technology and sponsorship opportunities.

Penn National Acquires 36% Stake in Barstool Sports
