Salt Lake City-based CaseWorthy, backed by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group (STG), has made a majority investment in MediSked, a Rochester, New York-based health and human services software provider. The deal combines CaseWorthy’s social services case management platform with MediSked’s care management and agency solutions to deliver an integrated whole-person care offering; MediSked’s founders will remain with the business.
