Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.

CFS Technologies (Union Park Capital) Acquires Meritech Systems

CFS Technologies, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Meritech Systems, a Colorado-based manufacturer of automated hygiene and sanitation systems. The acquisition brings Meritech into the CFS platform (which includes Knight Equipment, Lafferty Equipment and Lavo Solutions) and names former Meritech CEO David Duran as CEO of CFS to accelerate growth across food processing and other hygiene-critical industries.

Forensic Access Group Acquires Forensic Testing Service (FTS)

Forensic Access Group, a portfolio company of Limerston Capital, has acquired FTS (Forensic Testing Service), a West Yorkshire–based toxicology testing provider focused on family law and childcare proceedings. The transaction is the fifth bolt-on to Forensic Access’s platform and is intended to expand toxicology capacity, capabilities and diversify the group’s client base.

KPM Analytics (Union Park Capital) Acquires Sensortech Systems

KPM Analytics, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, has acquired Sensortech Systems, Inc., an Oxnard, California-based manufacturer of near infrared (NIR) and radio frequency (RF) moisture measurement instruments. Sensortech will join KPM’s portfolio to expand its NIR technology offering and add RF capabilities; Sensortech’s CEO Colin Hanson and the existing management team will remain in place. Terms were not disclosed.
