Union Park Capital has acquired Davis Instruments, a Hayward, California-based maker of precision weather, marine and environmental instrumentation. Davis will join Union Park's Advanced Environmental Monitoring (AE Monitoring) platform as an add-on to expand the platform's product and manufacturing capabilities across meteorology, hydrology and environmental monitoring end markets; terms were not disclosed.

Union Park Capital has acquired LAMBRECHT meteo GmbH, a Göttingen-based manufacturer of meteorological sensors and measurement solutions. The company will join Union Park’s Advanced Environmental Monitoring Holdings (AE Monitoring) as the platform's first Europe-based add-on; terms were not disclosed and LAMBRECHT will remain headquartered in Göttingen with Dirk Molthan continuing as CEO.

FTS will join Union Park's Advanced Environmental Monitoring Holdings (AE Monitoring) platform as an add-on to expand capabilities and accelerate growth in hydrology, fire weather and meteorology monitoring solutions.

AEM Acquires WeatherWorks

AEM has acquired WeatherWorks, a nearly 40-year provider of meteorological consulting, forecast services, and the Certified Snowfall Totals® product, to expand AEM’s multi-hazard resiliency and weather-data capabilities. The transaction — announced with involvement from Union Park Capital — brings WeatherWorks’ forecasting, historical climate database, and forensic weather services into AEM’s suite of environmental insights solutions.

Aegion Acquires 11 Enviro Group

Aegion Corporation has acquired 11 Enviro Group, a Greenpoint, Brooklyn-based provider of cleaning, CCTV inspection and trenchless CIPP spot repair services for water and wastewater pipelines. The business will operate as part of EN-TECH Infrastructure (an Aegion portfolio company) and founder Christina Camali will remain on board to support the transition.

Water Engineering Acquires Earthwise Environmental

Water Engineering, a portfolio company of Nolan Capital, has acquired Earthwise Environmental, a Wood Dale, Illinois-based provider of water treatment equipment, chemicals, consultation, and preventative maintenance services. The deal is an add-on to the Water Engineering platform to expand its footprint and service capabilities across the Midwest, South and Southeast while retaining Earthwise's brand and founder Robert "Bob" Miller.
