Zurich North America (via Zurich American Insurance Company) acquired 100% of Sea Pine Technologies, a Dallas-based developer of digital applications for marketing vehicle protection and F&I products. The acquisition, which closed on January 31, 2019, expands Zurich's automotive F&I capabilities and accelerates delivery of digital solutions to auto dealers and car owners.

Summa Equity Acquires Majority Stake in Logpoint

The deal brings Shield's local team and fire-protection capabilities (alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, pre-engineered systems) into Summit's Texas operations to strengthen its College Station/region life-safety coverage.
