Sentinel Capital Partners Acquires NSI Industries

Sentinel Capital Partners has acquired NSI Industries, a Huntersville, North Carolina-based manufacturer and supplier of branded electrical and HVAC components, from Odyssey Investment Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; Sentinel says the transaction creates a new platform that builds on the firm's experience in branded electrical products and aims to support NSI's continued growth across distribution and manufacturing capabilities.

Industrial Control Solutions Acquires Duro-Sense Corporation

Industrial Control Solutions (ICS), a Bristol, Connecticut-based instrumentation platform and portfolio company of LDR Partners LP, has acquired Duro-Sense Corporation, a Carson, California manufacturer of thermocouples, RTDs, and custom temperature measurement assemblies. The add-on expands ICS's capabilities into temperature measurement, strengthens its presence on the U.S. West Coast, and enhances its position in aerospace, defense, power generation, and industrial OEM markets. The deal closed October 20, 2025.

Daikin North America Acquires Stevens Equipment Supply

Daikin North America LLC, a subsidiary of Daikin Industries, Ltd., has acquired Stevens Equipment Supply, a wholesale distributor of HVAC and commercial food service equipment based in Eagan, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Daikin's distribution footprint across roughly a dozen states, with Stevens continuing to operate under its existing name and management to support growth of its contractor customer base.
