Smart Eye Acquires iMotions

Smart Eye has completed its acquisition of iMotions, making iMotions a wholly owned subsidiary while keeping it independently run under CEO Peter Hartzbech. The deal combines Smart Eye's Human Insight AI capabilities with iMotions' multimodal biosensor SaaS platform to deliver end-to-end human behavioral research and accelerate product innovation and market expansion (notably automotive, remote/mobile data collection and research markets).
