Smart Eye (Gothenburg) has completed its acquisition of Affectiva (Boston), combining Smart Eye's industry-leading eye-tracking and driver monitoring systems with Affectiva's Emotion AI and media-analytics capabilities. The merged company will pursue a unified Interior Sensing platform for automotive customers while expanding media analytics and human-factors research offerings.
