Making Science Group, S.A., through its wholly owned subsidiary Making Science Marketing & Adtech, SLU (MSMA), has acquired all remaining common stock of United Communications Partners, Inc. (UCP) for cash consideration of $0.0029086 per share. UCP will become a wholly owned subsidiary of MSMA and continue operating within the Making Science group; UCP provides advertising, marketing and media services primarily across the Nordics and has approximately 75 employees there.

The acquisition expands Elos Medtech's CDMO capabilities and DACH footprint, combining Klingel's precision metal components, development services and sterile packaging expertise with Elos's global medtech platform.

EQT Infrastructure to Acquire Majority Stake in Trescal from OMERS
