The deal expands HALO's footprint and capabilities in the New York City market; Captiv8's president Larry Shapiro will continue as Senior Vice President of Sales and the Captiv8 team will maintain their Manhattan presence.

Worthington Enterprises Acquires 80% Stake in HALO Products Group

Worthington Enterprises has acquired an 80% ownership stake in an affiliate of HALO Products Group, adding HALO-branded pizza ovens, pellet grills, griddles and accessories to its consumer/outdoor-living portfolio. HALO is based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, employs about 25 people and generated approximately $7 million in revenue in 2023; the deal is intended to expand Worthington's presence in the outdoor living segment and leverage its ecommerce, marketing and retail relationships to grow the HALO brand.

Amphenol Corporation Acquires Halo Technology Limited

Amphenol Corporation announced it has acquired Halo Technology Limited for approximately $715 million. Halo, headquartered in Tustin, California, is a manufacturer of active and passive fiber optic interconnect components serving IT and data communications, mobile networks and broadband markets, with expected 2021 sales of roughly $250 million.
