BRANDITO Acquires Inkwell Global Marketing

BRANDITO, a Richmond-based marketing services platform, has acquired Inkwell Global Marketing, a full-service promotional merchandise agency headquartered in Manalapan, New Jersey. The deal expands BRANDITO's promotional products capabilities and deepens its presence in the Northeast; Inkwell's CEO will remain in an advisory role and its Manalapan office and distribution center will continue operations. This is BRANDITO's second acquisition since receiving a strategic growth investment from Monroe Street Partners in August 2023.

The purchase, completed Sept. 2, brings the majority of My Office's staff (including owner Cynthia Rines) into Organization INK as the owner retires, expanding Organization INK's regional footprint and service capabilities.
