Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has acquired a majority interest in ENTRO Service GmbH, partnering with founders Claudio Tubach and Philipp Westphal and the existing management team. ENTRO, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, provides testing, inspection, repair and installation services for entrance systems, fire safety and access control and will use LLCP's capital and expertise to accelerate organic and M&A-driven growth across the DACH region and into broader Europe.

IK Partners to Invest in Responda Group

Responda Group is a Stockholm-based BPO/contact centre provider with ~250 employees serving roughly 2,500 customers; the capital will support product expansion, market-share growth in the SME segment and a buy-and-build consolidation strategy in Sweden.
