A.P. Moller Holding Acquires Unilabs from Apax Partners

Unilabs is a Swiss-based diagnostics provider operating clinical labs, pathology and imaging centres across Europe and beyond, with about 12,600 employees, roughly EUR 2.0bn revenue and EUR 600m EBITDA (12 months ending Sept 2021); transaction terms were not disclosed and is subject to regulatory approval.

The add-on expands Unimed’s presence in the Netherlands, builds on its recent Lagaay integration, and brings Regenboog’s portfolio of more than 1,000 SKUs and ~300+ customers into the Unimed platform.
