Daikin Completes Acquisition of CCOM Group, Inc.

Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. closed the acquisition of CCOM Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries for $2.71 per share, making CCOM a wholly owned business unit while it continues to operate from its Hawthorne, New Jersey headquarters. The purchase expands Daikin's distribution footprint and product availability across 15 CCOM locations in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts, supporting Daikin's FUSION 25 strategy to grow HVAC presence in North America.

CECO Environmental Acquires Kemco Systems

CECO Environmental completed the acquisition of Kemco Systems, a Florida-based designer and manufacturer of custom industrial water recycling and energy conservation solutions, on August 23, 2023. The deal expands CECO's industrial water capabilities and North American presence, and Kemco reported approximately $22 million in 2022 revenue and an installed base of more than 7,000 systems.

KCM's Industrial Service Group Acquires Industrial Air Power

KCM Capital Partners' industrial platform, The Industrial Service Group (ISG), completed the acquisition of Industrial Air Power, a Muskego, Wisconsin-based provider of air compressors, parts and lubricants. The deal was executed in partnership with company management and capital partners PNC Mezzanine Capital and Five Points Capital; terms were not disclosed and the founder, Chris Klemz, will continue to run day-to-day operations.

Komar Industries Acquires NexGen Municipal Inc.

The acquisition expands Komar's municipal offering and strengthens its relationship with NexGen's team to deliver more efficient, lower lifecycle-cost solutions for municipal and industrial customers.

CECO Environmental Acquires Compass Water Solutions

The acquisition (completed May 2022) expands CECO's industrial water capabilities, adds a short-cycle revenue mix, and is expected to be accretive to EBITDA, EPS, and free cash flow in 2022.

Alliance Technical Group Acquires CK Environmental

Decatur, Alabama-based Alliance Technical Group has acquired CK Environmental, an air emissions testing and environmental consulting firm headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts. The acquisition, which closed on June 28, 2022, adds CK Environmental's stack testing, QA/QC and maintenance capabilities to Alliance's national source-testing and emissions monitoring platform.
