Lear Corporation has acquired InTouch Automation, a Novi, Michigan–based supplier of Industry 4.0 technologies and automated end-of-line testing equipment for automotive seats. The acquisition advances Lear's Industry 4.0 strategy by enhancing automated testing, real-time data collection, and standardization of testing procedures across its just-in-time seating production.
