ChartHop, the People Analytics Platform, has acquired Gather, a Slack-focused people operations workflow builder, to deepen its employee experience and automated workflow capabilities. The acquisition expands ChartHop’s ability to combine people analytics with automated HR workflows to improve onboarding, milestones and other parts of the employee lifecycle.

Procore Acquires Datagrid

Procore Technologies has acquired Datagrid to accelerate its agentic AI strategy and enhance data connectivity across construction tech stacks. Datagrid’s AI reasoning and integrations will be folded into Procore’s platform and offered to both Procore and non‑Procore customers; Datagrid CEO Thiago da Costa will join Procore to lead AI and data strategy. The deal closed in January 2026; financial terms were not disclosed.

Workleap Acquires Pingboard

The deal expands Workleap’s product capabilities and U.S. team as the company continues to build a unified ecosystem of workplace tools following a recent $125M CAD investment from CDPQ.

Agilea Solutions Acquires Workerbee

PRO Unlimited Acquires WillHire

Prometheus Group, a Raleigh-based provider of asset management and optimization software, has acquired WorkTech, a Cambridge, Massachusetts provider of contractor management and workforce productivity software. The acquisition will integrate WorkTech's contractor tracking, approvals and payment capabilities into Prometheus's STO and EAM platform to improve shutdown/turnaround planning and contractor cost visibility.
